Modifying Standards

In this discussion, you will discuss the pros and cons of modifying hiring standards for professionals in the criminal justice profession. First, make sure you’ve read the following two resources provided in the Criminal Justice Recruitment resource section:

Take a position. Do you think that any standards should be modified?
