As noted in the case study, Samantha believes that project management methodologies and tools such as estimating techniques, planning tools, PM software, risk assessments, and communication plans would largely solve the issues that Global Green Books is facing. Based on what you have learned so far in this course, how do you believe that these practices will help the company overcome their current challenges? If you were hired as a project manager for Global Green Books, are there any other practices that you would recommend in addition to what Samantha suggests and how could they be effective?
