This is your opportunity to design a training session. You may choose any discrete set of tasks you are familiar with, either work-related or recreational. In the past, students have chosen diverse tasks, from piloting a plane to an emergency landing to baking a pie.

Be sure to address the following:

•What are the specific learning objectives for this training session and how will you determine them?

•How will you tailor your training session to the various strengths of different learning styles?

•How can you most effectively maximize transfer of training?

•How will your training session incorporate the design theories discussed in the textbook on pp. 173- 180?
