For this module, you are expected to choose and examine one organizational design model contained within Chapter 6 of your text. Research the police agency referenced, which used that model and describe the departmental hierarchy (i.e., organizational chart), the population it protects, and the resources it has available to it. Write a paper on how that organization functions under the design it has adopted. Include why it functions well, what relevant organizational theories are at work, and where improvements may be necessary.
