NU650 Advanced Health Assessment

Week 14 Assignment  

Submit a SOAP note for a comprehensive history and physical examination. This may be based on a patient seen in the clinical practicum setting or patient used for video recordings. Reported findings may be normal. If this is the case, the plan should include appropriate health maintenance recommendations.

Students must earn a minimum score of 80% on the clinical components of the final exam (comprehensive video and SOAP note) to meet the NU650 course objectives.
