Identify from your own experience and your review of course material what you believe are the key traits and skills of an effective manager. Provide a rationale or reference for each trait or skill selected.

After completing the reading and reviewing the power point slides, the ANA position statement (privacy & confidentiality), and the Guidelines Social Media answer the following questions in two to three paragraphs using at least two to three references in your posting:

How has the implementation of information technology and online clinical systems affected patient confidentiality? Comment on ways to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of patient information in light of the use of social media.

How can the nurse ensure that the caring, interpersonal relationship with patients is intact despite the advancing technology, and the need to continually interact with information systems?
