Skin, Head, Face and Neck - Part 1
Part 1
In order to apply what you have learned in the readings, lectures, and course materials, you will create a short video demonstrating how to assess the skin, head, face and neck. You will be responsible for obtaining a volunteer on which you will perform the assessment. Since you will be conducting assessments throughout the course and presenting your findings, it would be beneficial for you to use the same volunteer patient for all of your assessment videos. At the beginning of the recording of your assessment video, your volunteer must provide a verbal statement that he/she consents to being videotaped and that this video will strictly be used for instructional purposes only for College.
Part 2
In addition to the demonstration/assessment video, you must submit a document that lists your objective findings of the skin, head, face and neck assessments.

To Create Your Video and Upload Your Video To YouTube:
To create a free YouTube account, go to https://www.youtube.com and click sign in in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Note: In order to create a YouTube account, you will be asked to create a Google account.
Select Create account if you do not already have a Google account or enter your Google email or password if you already have an account.
To upload a video, click the Upload button and drag and drop or upload your video file by clicking on the arrow.
Enter a title and description for the video.
Choose your privacy option. You will want to select Unlisted so that your instructor can view the video but your video will not be searchable on YouTube.
Copy the link to your video. This link is located on the left-hand side of the screen.
This will be the link you paste into the assignment submission page. You will receive a new link for each video that you upload to YouTube.
