As you begin your journey of developing a better understanding of integration and psychology, you are tackling some important concepts.

You must start with having a better understanding of your own worldview before you can move forward. Entwistle (2015) states, “everyone has a worldview—a window through which he or she views the world framed by the assumptions and beliefs that color what he or she sees” (p. 60). Why you believe what you believe is important to explore in order to better understand your view of integration. It is also important to understand the mission of God. This discussion will allow for the exploration of both.

In this thread, address the following:

1st part:

· What is a worldview and what are the implications of a worldview?

· How might one’s worldview shape one’s view of psychology and Christianity? Explain using citations from text and scripture.

2nd part:

· Found in Chapter 5 of the McMinn (2011) text is a discussion on the “relational nature of sin and healing” (p. 194). Expound upon the concepts presented: the 3 acts, relational theology of sin and healing, and finally, the mission of God.
