Option 1: At what age did you reach each level of Kohlberg’s Moral Development? Be sure to provide an example for each stage that you have successfully resolved. Based on what you have discussed, where are you currently, and which stage do you think you will achieve by the time you are 75 years of age? Finally, does your level of Moral Development, according to Kohlberg, affect your ability to lead? Explain.

Option 2: What were your scores for the Value Orientation exercise in this week's chapter reading? What are your thoughts about your orientation and how it makes you an effective leader? Note: You can take a photo of your results and post them with your initial discussion post.

After completing the Matching Game in the Team Members section (i.e. the one where you matched team member labeled as encourager, clarifier, etc. with their description)  in the lesson answer each of the following:

Which of the positive team members are you most like?

Of the negative team members, which are you most like?

What does the chapter reading suggest that you do to correct the negative behaviors?

Revisit the Team Meeting Assignment from Week 2. In that assignment you were asked how your Big Five Personality Characteristics made you an effective team member, how these characteristics serve as a strength, and how you might navigate personality and leadership differences on a team. Given the additional knowledge you have gained over the past few weeks, what might you have done differently as part of a team member in that first week? Are you able to identify your (and others') weaknesses as well as strengths? How can you maximize strengths while minimizing pain points on the team? How have you grown (or can you grow) as both a team member and a leader?

Option 1: In your textbook, there are three charts that represent manager level and the distribution of their task allocations (Exercise 14-4). Do you think that these task allocations are accurate for the level of management? If they are accurate, please provide two examples to support your stance. Option 1: There is a lot of stigma surrounding being a follower. In fact, many people don't want to be called a follower. But just as leadership is an art, so is followership. Complete exercise 18-4, "Putting Your Best Foot Forward," and do the following:

Report your score.

Give the evaluation.

Discuss how you can improve your followership skills.

Compare and contrast followership and leadership.

Option 2: Discuss a situation in your work life where you need to develop a plan to improve performance. Use the Four-Step method for problem solving, discuss each step that you would take and how you would take it.

But now, you will discuss the theory or concept that you will most likely apply to one of your roles as a leader.

For this discussion, be sure to do the following:

Define the concept and reference the page number that the concept can be found on in the textbook.

Address the situation that you will use the concept in.

Express how the implementation of this concept is different from what you are doing now.

Do you project that this change will make a positive difference within 3 months of its implementation?
