Project managers employ an arsenal of skills, knowledge and experience designed to deliver successful project outcomes. Project plans as described in the text, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) 6th edition, are critical tools in achieving positive results, however there are both tangible and intangible tools and skills successful project managers utilize. With this in mind, address these questions:

1. Describe the role of the project manager in your company or industry.

2. How are the fundamentals of project management applied?

3. What tangible tools do project managers in your organization or industry use? What are the shortfalls/what tools should they be using in your opinion?

4. What intangible tools and/or nuance do project managers in your organization or industry use? What are the shortfalls/what tools should they be using in your opinion?

Paper Requirements
