Here is the open-book exercise that will complete your course work. Each question can be answered in three sentences or less. 1. How many electoral votes are needed to elect a President? How is that number determined? What happens if no candidate reaches that number?
2. The House uses the Rules Committee to set the rules of debate for a bill before the whole House. What does the Senate use (instead of a powerful Rules Committee ) to establish the rules of debate?
