Question

Organizational healing is defined as repairing the damaged social  aspects of the organization after a negative situation. While it is both  a collective and individual process, there are times when the  collective organization may be healed but individuals and small groups  do not "buy in." Explain how you would work with those individuals to  get them on the same page as the rest of the organization. What are the  ramifications if you are unable to get them to "buy in" to the changes?
