One of the best aspects of simulation is the real time feedback and approach of discussing concerns and opportunities to improve. When looking at the debrief process, what types of strategies can you incorporate to insure that the feedback is constructive and supportive?  Will you allow the students to evaluate each other in this process? What advantages and disadvantages arise from students evaluating each other?  How will this process improve the communication between the patient and the new grad nurses?
