Teaching project (BROCHURE) related to a Modified fiber and bland diets

Purpose: The purpose of the patient/family teaching project is to develop and implement a teaching plan for a geriatric patient utilizing teaching learning principles.

Include: I WANT A BROCHURE/ DOBLE SIDE/ WORD BROCHURE TEMPLATE WHERE EXPLAIN THE TEACHING PLAN. IT HAVE TO BE FUN WITH COLOR AND PICTURES.

Information about diet (MODIFIED FIBER AND BLAND DIET) and pictures

Teaching at a 4th grade level

Implement a geriatric patient teaching

Describe any restrictions for this diet

Describe if any food/fluid restrictions or encouragement is needed based on this diet (Modified fiber and bland diets) Colorful/creative/ fun
