1.Describe specifically how you would evaluate the outcome of your Capstone project, if it were to be implemented. To do this, refer to the objectives (personal as well as project goals) you developed as part of the proposal. Evaluations must be clear and include metrics.

Project description:

Burnout is a topic that must be talked about in nursing. This project will focus on burnout in long-term care facilities and how can we as healthcare workers and leaders find ways to prevent and limit burnout from continuously occurring.

For example:

A survey completed by participants indicate that the majority believe that it is likely or highly likely that the intervention will result in clearer communication when transferring a patient from one unit to another.

After six months of the bedside report implementation, a survey completed by the nurses doing bedside report 70% indicated that they are more informed as they begin care and 60% indicated that they have increased confidence in the care they will be providing.
