· An Active Learning Template: Medication sheet must be filled out and handwritten for each medication listed below. These must be completed by you and is not a group project.
· Each Module (with all med templates completed) is worth 4 points and is to be turned in through the drop box as your written assignment for the corresponding modules (1, 3, 5, 6, 8, and 10). You may work ahead, but only turn in the weekly assignment as indicated.
· It is suggested you compile these sheets into a three-ring binder for future use in clinical settings and throughout your nursing program.
· Please keep this packet intact and up to date. You will want to add future medications from other classes in preparation of your ATI-Pharmacology Exam that is taken in your Professional Nursing II class that will count for 20% of that course’s grade.
