Stakeholders

Purpose

The purpose of this discussion is for the DNP student to demonstrate an understanding of how stakeholders influence practice change. You will continually gain experience considering the organization, community, and national stakeholders and how they influence sustained practice change.

Instructions

Identify and examine organization and/or community stakeholders you anticipate will be a part of the interprofessional team when implementing your future practice change project.

Analyze the barriers you might experience with these stakeholders with the proposed practice change.
