PURPOSE
The purpose of this paper is to provide the student an opportunity to design a system change project for quality improvement ofa patient safety issue. The focus of the project how the student would manage change using a change model, determine and evaluate outcomes, and sustain the change.

This assignment provides documentation of student ability to meet the following course outcomes.
