Women's Health Clinical Case Presentation

*Remember not to use any patient identifiers in your posting (this would be full names or disclosure of clinic name, preceptor name, et cetera). Please include age, gender, and race.

Initial Post due by Wednesday, 11:59 p.m. MT Include only the subjective and objective information regarding the case. Do not add the Assessment/Plan. Therefore, do not include the diagnosis made that day in clinic in the initial post.

Interactive Dialogue Participation Requirement due by Friday, 11:59 p.m. MT  Respond to a minimum of two (2) peers' initial post. List a minimum of three (3) differential diagnoses with rationale and current evidence-based support.

Follow-up Post due Sunday, 11:59 p.m. MT at the end of Week 7 Reply to your initial post with a follow-up of your clinical case presentation. In this post, you are to post the final diagnosis made in clinic that day as well as the plan of care to include diagnostics, medications, other treatments, referrals, and follow-up.

Case presentation discussion must be supported by evidence from four (4) appropriate sources -One from an EBP Clinical Guidelines and three from Peer Reviewed Journal Articles from Chamberlain Online Library published within the last 5 years. In-text citations and full references should be provided.
