In what ways could an understanding of systems theory and complexity science impact the role of the NP?

Take a few minutes to reflect on the NP practice model that is most predominant in advanced practice environments you have observed. Are you satisfied with the demonstrated level of interprofessional collaboration?

Nearly every student in the course was able to think of a time when they had personally been impacted by or had observed incivility in the workplace. In what ways does this impact your view of the nursing profession? If those outside of healthcare were aware, how might it impact their view?

As you move towards your role as an NP, what will you do to support healthful work environments for yourself and your colleagues?

Think about your personal use of social media. Are there changes you would like to make in how you use social media?

Requirements:

Document includes reflections from all weeks 1-8: To complete the assignment, students will need to copy the reflections they entered into the weekly reflection threads from weeks 1-8 into one double-spaced Word document and submit the document to the dropbox. 

Formatting: Document should be in APA format

Includes a title page in APA format

Document is double spaced

Each week’s reflection is labeled with a level 1 heading listing the week number 

Only include a reference page if references were cited in the body of the reflections. If a reference page is included, it is in APA format.
