NEED HELP IN ENGLISH 1302

i'm choosing this topic 'MODEST PROPOSAL', BUT I HAVE TO ARGUE that people should be required to have a license before becoming parents.

You will have to include a Works Cited page with each of these papers where you list the 
bibliographic information for each source you include in the paper. You may also use any print source (news magazine, newspaper, periodical, textbook). 

Paper 2 Requirements:

Length: Minimum of 4 pages, double spaced, 12 font
•
POV: Use the 3rd person objective point of view (do not use 1st person “I” in this paper).

Thesis: Your thesis should state an assertion and the rest of the paper should argue for that assertion; the thesis should be the last sentence of the introduction
