This gives the average person 375-400 idle bits of processing space in their brain each minute. What happens to the idle space when you are having a conversation with someone? Give an example.

3. Do you believe that you could utilize active listening techniques on a daily basis? Try having a conversation with someone now using active listening either face-to-face or on the phone.
