Select your movie. Keep in mind the following requirements: - The movie must be at least ninety minutes in length.
- It must not be a documentary.
- It must discuss or examine the time period before 1300.
- It must be about a person, event, or topic of Western Civilization; Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

Watch the Movie. |
Research the movie's theme, important characters, specific time period, and results to determine what historians have concluded on the topic. |
Write the Title Page. The Title Page must contain the following items: - The Class Name
- Your Name
- The Date
- The Movie's Title
- The Movie's MPAA Rating (PG, PG-13, R, etc.)

Complete the People Section. Include the main actors, the director, the writer, producers, and any other important people who created the movie. |
Complete the Summary Section. The summary should contain a brief synopsis of the movie, about a page or two, of the major events/actions of the movie. |
Complete the Historical Significance Section. This should include the following information (at a minimum): - Did the movie relate real events?
- How accurate were the events portrayed?
- Why were the events in the movie important to at the time?
- What were the impacts of the events? (future society, politics, government, civilization, etc.)

Complete the Evaluation Section. this should include the following information (at a minimum): - Why did you enjoy, or not, the movie? Give examples.
- Did you learn anything from the movie? Give examples.
- Did you see anything in the movie that is historically inaccurate? Give examples.
- Would you recommend this movie to a fellow student? Why?

Complete the Bibliography Section. - Use at least two sources.
- Use a correct bibliography or works cited page format
- Use a correct citation style.

Review and Edit the Movie Review to make sure it meets the requirements. |
Submit the Movie Review by the due date. |
