Module 3 -Two way ANOVA, ANOVA is a method of hypothesis

HW module 3 -Two way ANOVA
Assignment: ANOVA is a method of hypothesis testing that is based on the F-statistic, a ratio of within and between groups sums of squares (SS). The following data are from a hypothetical study on the effects of perceived importance of a task and interference/distraction on memory.
Variables - Importance: Participants were randomly assigned to listen to a topic of great importance to them, or one they did not care about. Interference: They were further randomly assigned to either a distracting lawn service noise or not. Numbers in the cells represent memory scores out of 100 for each condition.
Compute the analysis of variance summary table and interpret it (you can copy and paste your output table), writing up the results in APA-style, including the F-statistic, df, p-value, and effect size for each Factor. Also include means and SDs to indicate which of the conditions had the highest or lowest memory scores. Be sure to include a brief description of an interaction effect if it is significant, or simply mention the interaction effect was non-significant and report the F-statistic for the interaction term if it does not reach significance.
