You and a friend want to start a business. In that business, you will provide staffing services by finding paralegals looking for employment and matching them with legal employers that have paralegal employment opportunities. You plan to charge the employers a fee and provide a free service for the paralegals seeking employment. You hope to earn a profit.

In a one-page paper, state the types of business organizations that you plan to use in organizing your business. Of the types available to you, which ones do you think offer you the most advantages and the fewest disadvantages? What are those advantages and disadvantages? After looking at the advantages and disadvantages, what form of organization will you use?
