Let’s have a look at an existing ERP product. We have chosen SAP simply because it is one of the longest standing ERP solutions in the market. In this case we are performing a quick ‘eyeball’ review (just looking at information on the web) at their SAP Business One suite via their website - https://www. sap. com/australia/products/business-one/features.html#software-accessibility

The website outlines the product capability and features in this product suite intended for small to medium businesses. Looking at the capability, please answer the following questions and give reasons:

1.      Based on what you have learned in this module, do you think that this solution is a complete ERP solution? Why do you say this? (100 words)

2.      Looking at the features and capabilities, do you believe that this is an ERP I or ERP II solutions? Why do you say this? (100 words)

Hint: a little bit of extra research about modules you think might be missing to see if they maybe just didn’t get mentioned!

Dq2 - Jawaharlal Service Desk manager

Jawaharlal has recently been promoted to the role of Service Desk manager. His senior manager has asked him to perform a forecast of what type of tickets they can expect in ServiceNow over the holiday period to make sure that they have the right mix of skills in the team to cover the expected queries they will receive even with team members on leave.
