For this final assignment, assume your senior manager has asked you to prepare a PowerPoint presentation for the vice-president of operations and senior staff. The vice-president is very interested in how innovation and strategy can be channeled within the organization.

Select a company or continue to use the organization you have used for previous assignments and critique it using the concepts provided in this course. The introduction should describe the company, its industry or products, and its current status. Determine its organizational structure, the factors involved, and its effectiveness. Conclude with comments to demonstrate positive and/or negative points you found while conducting your research. Provide recommendations for any areas in need of improvement and justify your reasoning. Include the role of senior staff in factors of decision making, communication skills, delegation, and motivational approaches to the organization.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with at least seven scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.

Length: 15-20 slides (with a separate reference slide)

Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide in each notes
