I have a case study for my Management, Business and Society: Ethics course. It is a case study for JP Morgan Chase. Minimum 600 words and have to answer the following 4 questions. I will provide the actual case study once you accept. Here are the questions:

1. What are the benefits and costs to JP Morgan's chase's reputations given its use of a stakeholder's question-and-answer session on twitter? How do its various stakeholders now think of JP Morgan Chase's image?

2. Develop a reputation management strategy for JP Morgan Chase to combat the bad publicity it encountered.

3. Would you define this incident as a crisis? Assume you are JP Morgan Chase's CEO and are conducting a press conference: What main points about the incident should you emphasize to the media and convey to the public?

4. What other tactics mentioned in this chapter could JP Morgan Chase use to improve the public's opinion of their products? Should it use Twitter again and, if so, how can it avoid a repeat of this embarrassment?
