Discuss one project from the working or educational environment of your choice, specifying the main work process (suppliers and customers involved, work flow, and so on) of the project that you have selected. Suggest at least two actions that a manager can take to improve the work process of the project in question and provide rationale for your response.
I am adding this video with the purpose of assisting you with the understanding of what business improvement entails. Take notes of the seven waste Mr. Peterson talks about as these are constraints we will need to analyze through the class.
