You shall interview 2 people that you respect as leaders. A strong suggestion is to pick someone that you do not know and try to contact them. You may pick a leader in any industry, as long as they are someone that you respect and admire. 

Interview each leader with the following (or similar) questions. Be sure to capture your notes and insights from the interviews and bring it with you to the resit exam. Each interviewee should be asked:

• What are the most important elements of teamwork in business? 
• What events or situations helped you to come to these conclusions? 
• Considering your experience as a leader, what are 3 of the most important skills for a successful leader? 
• Who was most influential in your journey as a leader and why?
