Leadership In Nursing

You have learned about different roles within nursing, and hopefully you have reinforced in yourself, that Nursing in itself is a profession, a vocation.  You are a professional and a part of a profession. You have learned about the 5 Core Competencies of all Health Professionals as they work and practice.

As you reflect on all you have learned this week, why is leadership needed in nursing?

Please follow the RUBRIC attached, including using the two references. One from the book I will provide with below and one with another reliable online source. i.e. .edu, .org
