“So here is the dilemma I had. I had this great chef at the California Grill. He was incredible. He was probably the best chef ever, he was excellent. He started treating people really badly, he had no respect for people , people didn’t wanna work for him. People started quitting. We started doing less business because this guy terrorized everybody. He was one of these chefs that goes nuts. What should I do with this guy?This is a great chef this could be one of the best restaurants in the world with this food he’s putting out. What should I do?”
