Knowledge management (KM) is made up of a range of strategies and practices used in an organization to identify, create, represent, distribute, and enable adoption of insights and experiences. This assignment will focus on how Knowledge Management has allowed organizations to share knowledge.

Write a short paper about the application of Knowledge Management. Brainstorm how processes, standard operating procedures and best practices are documented and stored for your company. The paper should be 3-4 pages. Discuss how Knowledge Management has helped or could help in the process. Please follow APA format in citing all sources.
