Review the scenario below. In detail, provide your opinion on Risk Control Services that would be provided to ABC Construction and why. This needs to be 1 to 2 pages.

ABC Construction is a privately held corporate entity established in 1979, with their main office in League City, TX. They provide pipeline construction & maintenance, primarily for oil & gas flow and gathering to refineries. ABC Construction installs new pipelines above & below ground so oil & gas can flow to its destination. They also provide maintenance on existing pipelines. Pipeline projects are concentrated in Texas, South Dakota, Pennsylvania and Louisiana. They also haul pipe in the Southern Region which is about 20% of their revenue.

Staffing fluctuates and turnover in the last year has been about 50%. Currently there are 130 employees, 10% administrative and 90% field personnel.

ABC Constructions maintains an office/shop/yard facility in League City, TX; New Orleans, LA with an executive suite office in Dallas, TX. They have 150 light/medium trucks and 35 truck tractors and trailers to haul pipe.
