B) ABC Company is organized under the laws of Germany. It manufactures a special racing bike "Thunder" where the bicyclist rides the bike in a prone position, head first as if swimming. There are no instructions to wear safety glasses while riding the bike. The bike is distributed through a California company. Mike buys the bike in Oregon and is subsequently injured when broken glass flies into his face. What applicable rule and fact(s) should apply in this dispute?
