In Chapter Four, Johnson describes the Forgiveness Process and identifies what forgiveness is and what it is not as it applies to ethical leadership.  Johnson briefly outlines two models of forgiveness presented by Robert Enright and Donald Shriver.  Are there elements of these models that would be valuable in criminal justice (either policing, courts or corrections)?  In what way could they apply?
