I want to use Apple, Inc for this paper.
Identify and select a multi-national company (MNC) which has
operations in at least three countries.
In a paper, develop an effective organizational team model for the
selected MNC. In developing the model, consider successful and
failed team work from any industry you have studied or find
relevant in which your selected organization may operate. Your
chosen organization will employ different teaming concepts based
on the industry and the organizational structure.
Next, compare and discuss the team members' characteristics,
needs, and issues for each of the stages of your developed team
model. Identify any managerial tools you used in developing your
model to provide recommendations for future team building.
Support your paper with minimum of five scholarly resources. In
addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly
resources including older articles may be included.
