Create a PowerPoint presentation, minimum of 12 slides (not including title and reference slides), which identifies and discusses three health care issues that can be addressed in a community setting.
For each issue, address the following:
1. Identify a health care issue.
2. Describe risk and protective factors for each health care issue.
3. Discuss how the factors can be addressed in a traditional medical setting versus a community setting.
4. Explain what controversies can arise in a community setting and how would you overcome those controversies.
5. Describe successful community intervention that has targeted this issue.
Speaker notes of 150-200 words, for each slide, must be included.
Support your explanations with four to six scholarly resources.
