I want you to research someone unfamiliar... NO ENRON, BP, WALMART, P&G, but a substantial medium sized organization that has problems. I want you to do the same things,

*Cause of the legal battle (2013 begin court proceedings - CURRENT TREND)

*List Pro's and Con's - what is the organization saying, what is the media saying? What are former or current employee's saying.

*Where it stands in the court system?

*What do you think will happen?

Ethics in an organization is a slippery slope and you must be aware of the law and what is going on around you. That is why this course is so important and why you must be aware, as an employee, an executive, as an onlooker, as a potential investor. What do you see impacting the organization.
