How Buddhism (or Hinduism) and Christianity relate to the sciences

 Your essay should be three to four pages or 750-1000 words. Please try not to exceed the word count.  Write an essay on how Buddhism (or Hinduism) and Christianity relate to the sciences. Does Buddhism (or Hinduism) have more or less conflict (or compatibility) with science than Christianity? Include at least one major historical figure or discovery in western science and one key concept from Christianity and Buddhism (or another eastern religion). Be sure to offer support for your assertions by specifically citing our key sources from the class.  You need to include at least two quotations from two of the articles or book chapters below. You can choose a different page from the reading than what is suggested below, but just be sure to cite it clearly.
