3. The day after serving alcohol to a group of 4 people (who each showed I.D.s to their server) a bar manager was notified that ABC was conducting an investigation into sale of alcohol to a minor. Did Ms. Mitchell, the bar manager, break the law by serving alcohol to an underage student?
