As a healthcare leader, you will be accountable to many people, including employees, patients and their families, the executive board, and the agencies that monitor the organization’s behavior. Oftentimes, you are required to help support your colleagues in instances where they are not feeling as motivated or as confident in their role as a healthcare practitioner.
