Design an organizational chart that maps the reporting relationships of the departments of the organization and the relationship to compliance officer at the health care organization you selected. 

Include a narrative following in your organizational chart:

• Brief description of the departments and positions of the organization and explain their role in compliance.
• Brief description agencies (internal and external) related to the operations of the organization and explain their role in compliance.
