In Chapter 9, we discuss customer service strategy as it relates to global supply chain management.  Organizations focus on B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to customer) relationships. For this assignment, you will review the customer service strategy of any major corporation such as Target, Walmart, Proctor & Gamble, Tesla, General Motors, Kroger Co, etc. In a one page Word document:
