Using the SCM Case on pages 51 – 52, discuss the customer-centric fulfillment strategy analyses (customer, supply chain, and competency) and factors to describe your individual perspective of Sony’s tactical advantages to the potential relocation, advanced equipment for production efficiency, and the posturing of their manufacturing operations.  Keep in mind the correlated events associated with the performance, schedule, cost, and risk allocations associated with each decision point.
