support your response.

Evaluate Charan's "Home Depot's Blueprint for Culture Change" against Schein's
articulation of transformative change. 


As Schein emphasizes, the thought of change itself creates learning anxiety.
Describe at least two works or life situations in which you recognized the need for
change and the anxiety you experienced once you investigated the steps that were
necessary to make the change. 

Module 4 


Identify extrinsic and intrinsic factors which motivate you in your current work
setting or a previous work setting. Explain how elements of organizational culture
may weaken or strengthen these motivating factors. 

Module 5 
Post your "Visual Metaphor for Changing Organizational Culture" assignment as an
attachment to this thread. Review the assignments of two of your classmates. Compare
and contrast each classmate's assignment with your own. Are there any patterns or
themes which seem to emerge? 


Dull (2010) proposes 8 Cs of organizational culture. Use the textbook and other
relevant resources to appy the 8 Cs of organizational culture to transformational
leadership and transactional leadership. 

Module 6 


Discuss a time when you worked with a team. What was the goal of the team? Was the
team successful in accomplishing the goal? Could you have accomplished the goal
without the team? Propose why working in teams and collaboration has become so
important within the context of today's society. 

Module 7 

Discuss how you feel or would feel when working in a team in which one team member
seems to emerge as the team leader. Explain why you feel this is acceptable or not
acceptable? How can leadership influence team dynamics so that the talents of team
members are used in a cohesive way? 

Module 8 

Reflect on your experiences throughout the course. What was the most important
aspect of organizational culture you learned about? How will learning about this
element of organizational culture impact your leadership style? Explain in your own
words the concept of team leadership? How will you use team leadership to be a
successful leader?
