Part 1:Global managers go through multiple decision making processes to choose the best locations for manufacturing their products. This week's assignment demonstrates these processes.

Part 2:It is important for companies to differentiate their services or products in the market place. This differentiation sometimes leads to building a core competency. which we will explore in the following individual assignment.

1. Choose an international company. What are the characteristics that make this international company different from domestic companies?
2. Is this company successful? What makes this company a success or failure?
