For your final project, you will choose a single question which is being answered in the paper, using your data. You will need to include all items mentioned in the final project guidelines and grading rubric.
To receive full credit for this assignment, must include a mostly complete draft of the methods and results (writing, statistics and graphs) at a minimum.
A draft does not mean "incomplete" and missing important pieces. To that end, in addition to the introduction, you must explicitly include the following items.
- An appropriate descriptive statistics table
- An appropriate graph of your data with axis labels, title and error bars (use margin of error for error bars)
- Confidence intervals for the two populations that you are comparing (the groups formed by the explanatory variable)
- A test statistic (from a z or t test)
- A p-value (from a z or t test)
- The critical value and/or significance level that you chose.
