This week I want you to design a  Healthy Food Activity that will coordinate with a Themed Lesson Plan.  I  want you to incorporate NCFELD goals and objectives into your lesson  plan.  Walk me through your Theme, your Food activity, what goals and  objectives will you focus on within your activity, and how will you  ensure your children reach these goals?  Lastly, how can you modify or  accommodate your activity for a child with disabilities?
