Required Topic #2: Focusing specifically on human factors, how can your organization leverage the inimitable resources it has or create new ones? Applying the resource-based view discussed by Colquitt, Lepine, and Wesson (2015), respond to this topic with a brief description of a current or potential "inimitable resource" that you believe exists in an organization where you now work or have worked. Explain your rationale and include a brief analysis of risks or threats as well as opportunities associated with this organizational resource. (Approximately 750 words.) Extra info: I Currently work at a Bank. and If I were to guess what my coworkers would think or say about me, they would say that, I’m the type of person that loves to see things being done. I don’t like leaving tasks to be left for tomorrow, when they are able to be completed today. I like to take action and make decisions. I currently don’t have much authority, but my coworkers, as well as my manager, respect my decisions. They actually come to me looking for answers, which is very gratifying.
